There are a number of ways to access dispute resolution services in our province. You can hire your own mediator, arbitrator, or other ADR practitioner, you may be eligible for a government program, or you can use a service offered by a non-profit organization.

Alberta Government Programs
Dispute Resolution Network (DRN) The Alberta government has conflict resolution programs in many of its departments and agencies, including: Agriculture and Rural Development, Alberta Justice and Solicitor General, Environment and Parks. Employment and Immigration. Municipal Affairs, Service Alberta, and Sustainable Resource Development.
