This year, your Conflict Resolution Day Planning Committee is at work planning for this year's topic: Bridging Generation Gaps: Communication Strategies From Alpha to Z. The presentation will explore how to bridge generational divides in workplaces, communities and families by fostering
understanding and resolving conflicts constructively. We will cover generational diversity, sources of conflict, communication
strategies, and interactive learning activities to empower positive change.
