Conflict Resolution Day 2011
Assumptions
Summary
Have you ever found yourself in a conversation which escalated into conflict due to a misunderstanding? Have you ever made an assumption about a person or situation, or had an assumption made about you? We are all unique individuals who view the world through different lenses based on our past experiences. This difference in our perceptions, and the subsequent assumptions we make, can lead to misunderstandings and conflict. |
