Summary

Conflict is a part of all human relationships. How we respond to Conflict is important!  When faced with conflict, people are inclined to respond in different ways. You can discover your most natural response to conflict by taking Style Matters - a 22 page conflict style inventory that gives users a score for each of five conflict styles. Each style has several pages of clear, specific tips on how to work more effectively with others in situations of disagreement.
